Re: Can you help DISTRIBUTE or TRANSLATE the search poster?

Mieke,

Starting with your list.

1. Still waiting for the translated version from Nepal. Anyone want to translate into Nepali for me?

2. Done.

3. I've altered them and they are OK on my computer (as they were before) but let me know if they need doing again.

4. Yes I know it was from a different source.

5. All changed to reflect the same photos and they do look better in black & white.

6. Done.

7. Not sure what you mean by this?????????

8. Unfortunately not recent ones. He did not like having his photo taken.

9. Done. It is much smaller now.

10. Again not sure what you mean by this perhaps you could mail me?

Don't worry about all the questions.

David.

David, just great that you had time to change a couple of things immediately! In reply now:

1. Nepali: quickest way seems to be a posting on TT-Indian Subcontinent section... But if you do, you may as well ask for HINDI at the same time as well. Or how about if you ask your Embassy for the Nepali version in a mail?

3. Must be my settings in that case, for Dutch & Hebrew are still a slight bit too long. So if they appear on one page for you, it must be okay.

4. If you simply make "Efterlyst" a bit smaller font, if necessary put the text starting left margin, and then down below after the word Nepal, make it say:

Vengligst kontakt Gareth’s familie paa email: daviko@ntlworld.com
www.garethkochlostinnepal.co.uk
email Engelsk Ambassade Nepal: britemb@wlink.com.np

7. & 10. I will reply to you by e-mail.

8. Well he's not the only one; when I was his age a lot of us didn't want our pictures taken either! But can there be Cotswold colleagues or Scouts or other friends/contacts who have one or more rather recent pictures? Pls. jog your memory ( no need of course to reply on this subject here; just giving ideas).

kind regards,

mieke

about the posters

Hello David,

Just to let you know I hope you have meanwhile read my email, or the reply in the thread on LITH about the missing person posters for Gareth, saying a.o. there is an error in the German translation somehow. It mentions March 24 as last reported sighting. I hope you can fix it soon.
